The 156th volume (May 2013) of Megami Magazine has a nice mix of posters from the winter and spring anime seasons. The front cover features the main girls from Girls and Panzer in their beach attire. Girls and Panzer seems to be the featured series in this volume with a related freebie and being placed on the large poster. More on that can be seen at the end of this post. To start things off, below you will find the pin-up posters included in this volume. As usual, any super ecchi ones are censored and can be viewed by clicking on the links.
Megami Magazine volume 155 (April 2013) came right at the end of the winter 2013 season so there are a number of posters for completed series, but there are a few for series that are still airing. The cover features Akane from Vividred Operation in her transformed state. Her smile and pose really help to showcase her cheerful side and brighten the magazine’s cover. Before getting into the posters, just remember that any super ecchi content isn’t shown directly on this page, you’ll have to click on the links to view them.
Today we have Megami Magazine Volume 154 (March 2013). The front cover features Miho from the series Girls and Panzer on a camouflage background. I actually quite like the cover this time, it’s bright, cheerful, and of a high quality. There’s a good selection of posters this time, which you can see below.
Volume 153 (February 2013) of Megami Magazine features To Love-ru on the cover. To be honest, I’ve never seen To Love-Ru and I thought the gray tones in the cover made it look dull so I didn’t really like it. Although this is the February edition of Megami, it came out in January, meaning that this one comes with the annual freebie calendar. First though, lets take a look at the posters included in this volume. Note that very ecchi content is not shown directly on this page, you will need to click on the links to see them.
Megami Magazine volume 151 (December 2012) features a lovely cover illustration of Goddess Madoka and “Prophet” Homura against a starry background. I have a soft spot for space shots and I love Madoka so I spent quite a bit of time just staring at the cover. I was expecting a Christmas theme for this volume as they usually do that, but there were no red santa hats this time. As usual, any posters that I think exceed a certain ecchi threshold can be viewed by clicking on the links.
It’s hard to believe that I have reviewed over 50 volumes of Megami Magazine, but here we are at volume 150 (November 2012). The cover page features Nanoha and Milhi, which actually works well since both of them have the same character design style. The lettering on the title is gold this time to celebrate the 150th volume. There are a few nice extras in this volume, but lets go through the pin-up posters first. Any posters exceeding a certain ecchi threshold can be viewed by clicking on the links.
The November 2009 edition of Dengeki G’s magazine is my favourite so far, mainly because of this cute little alarm clock that comes with it. This edition also features a couple games from my favourite game company, Key, and other popular games like SHUFFLE Essence+.
