The cover of Megami Magazine Vol. 126 has both Index and Misaka on the cover. At first I thought that Misaka might have been the mini-Misaka that accelerator is taking care of because of her red cheeks and overly happy look. A closer look reveals that she’s wearing shorts under her skirt though, indicating that she’s the railgun.
There were lots of yummy posters in this volume of Megami Magazine, and some nice extras too. As always, here’s a look at what posters they have in this volume:

So eariler this week after looking at some anime vectors that people have done, I decided to learn how to do vectors myself so I could make my own wallpapers. Since this was my first time trying to vector something, I decided to do something easy just to get started. My first vector actually doesn’t have any anime characters, I just took a screenshot of the title for Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni Rei from the opening and vectored that.
I finally received my copy of Megami Magazine Volume 104 on Friday. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive in very good condition. The packaging was ripped and the magazine itself had bends and folds all over. Not to mention that it was frozen stiff from being out in -30C weather. I guess the post office had so many packages to deliver this past month because of christmas that they were less concerned about damaging stuff.
After two weeks of waiting, my copy of Megami Magazine volume 102 arrived in the mail this morning. When I opened the packaging, I was surprised to find that not only did it not get damaged during shipping, but it also came with a copy of Megami Creators (a separate magazine by the same people, featuring artwork from various artists).
When I opened the bundle, two things also fell out: a JAST USA catalog, and a JAST trading card, lots of goodies this time :) (more…)
I finally got my copy of Megami Magazine Volume 101 earlier this week. The packaging has “Do Not Bend” in big black letters so someone tried to bend it in half; I really hate people like that. One thing about Megami Magazine is that they have what look like fan-made manga inserted between some pages that only stick out halfway from the spine. So when the magazine was bent, all of the regular pages ended up getting these little folds where the manga pages ended. Fortunately the folds weren’t too deep so I was able to straighten out the poster pages. Well, that’s enough rambling about the postal service.
