Well, here’s the second figure from my mini-spending spree on swimsuit figures: Nagi Sanzenin in a cute white bikini with yellow stars. I had a hard time getting Nagi out of her packaging because Kotobukiya decided to wrap her in this kind of sticky plastic film instead of just putting little plastic bags around her. This is a 1/6 scale figure, but since Nagi is kneeling, she isn’t very high (only about 13 cm). She does take quite a bit of surface area though, since her legs are stretched out.
You can tell from this side shot that the sculptor really stayed true to Nagi’s size, she’s completely flat!
Nagi might not have much of a chest, but she has some other assets. The wrinkles are a nice touch.
Here’s another side shot, this time from Nagi’s right side.
Nagi comes with this pink ball with what looks to be a fish on it. Although she can stand up by herself, it’s easy for her to fall over, so putting the ball under her hand keeps her stable.
Overall, I thought this was a cute figure. The base could have been done better like having it look like sand on the beach instead of a pale blue, but otherwise Kotobukiya did a really good job.
